Peec AI is scaling at lightning speed. In just 6 months, we’ve grown to 800+ customers, including Chanel, n8n, ElevenLabs, Glide, Synthesia, and Attio. Now it’s time to level up our customer experience function to help these brands dominate in AI Search.
As a Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be at the frontline of this journey, supporting world-class customers, designing how we deliver CX at scale, and shaping the way thousands of brands experience AI Search.

- Be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, sharing advice, solving problems, and keeping satisfaction sky-high
- Jump on calls with leading brands and agencies, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and championed across our product and engineering teams
- Help design and scale our CX process: from building out a help center to improving in-app onboarding
- Launch customer initiatives like events, webinars, and AMA sessions to engage and grow our user community
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to marketing, sales, and product
