As a Growth Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team, helping us grow our brand, engage our audience, and build a standout presence across social and community channels.
You’ll support content creation, campaign execution, and relationship-building with creators and partners. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn fast, ship often, and get direct exposure to how modern marketing works.

- Help manage and grow our presence across social platforms
- Assist in planning and launching marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create and repurpose high-quality content that speaks to marketers
- Support outreach and relationship-building with creators, influencers, and affiliates
- Contribute to community-building efforts, events, and online engagement
- Stay on top of trends in the marketing and creator space, and bring fresh ideas to the table
